投保或不投保? 使用普通邮寄方法邮寄物品您是要冒风险的,如果在途中丢失,损失将是您自己的. 运输人员签收的单子是我们最后的发货证据,如果真的发生刚才讲的问题,那么您写一份书面陈述,申明未收到包裹,再加上我们的发货记录,加拿大邮政部门将会 把邮资退还给您. 其次,在这样的情况下,我们也将给您重发丢失的那部分物品,我们只收取成本费,不过费用非常少,通常是原价的一半左右,对光盘和海报来说,几乎是非常的 少,比如为了重发一张丢失的海报,您只需要付2美元就可以了.

货物的保险费用与其本身价值紧密相关,所以不同货物,其保险费用也不同.不过,小件物品例外,一般最少要$7-10(加拿大元或者美元), 所以我们通常不 建议为小件物品上保险.还有,在美国和加拿大国内,有一种称为快递的服务,除了运送非常快捷以及为货物的送达提供保证之外,还包括了对货物设保,请看下面 的详细说明.

注意,一套光盘的邮资大概在3 到5美元 .包裹通常从加拿大的 Calgary, Alberta发出.(一些美国定购的东西从一个美国仓库发出,但是发货时间是不确定的)发出. 通常航空邮寄每件邮资如下:

快递 快递是 一种以前没有的新开设的服务,但只限于美国和加拿大.只需要3到6天的运送时间,内含可达50美元的保险额.从Canadapost是可以追踪到的.在web定购方式里面,现在您可以 选择使用这个服务.

对于单套光盘:

• Canada $7. 2 - 3 天
• USA $10. 4 - 6 天.

如果您想很快收到光盘,您可以选择象Fedex 或者UPS这样提供overnight运送服务的courie. 注意,对于单套光盘的运送,使用overnight运送要比需要2到3天的日间运送要划算! 如果您选择overnight 邮递服务, 您或许不想 使用Internet web 定购系统, 更愿意通过 Computer Shop 的电话 (403 243-4356)定购. Mountain Time时间下午3点前打电话,您通常第二天早上很早就可以收到东西了.

如果您不只定购了光盘,还有别的东西,您可以用overnight方式邮递光盘,其它东西使用常规的航空邮件或者快递. 邮寄的方式运送光盘相对来说还是比较划算的(我们将它归类为文件资料)而,T裇,尤其是海报,使用邮寄的方式就显得不那么划算了.如果您真想通过 courier发送所有东西,包括海报,请您注明.

在加拿大和美国,您可以在courier account number那里指定"使用 credit card" .如果是这样的话,我们将把您的 credit card 号码发送到courier公司.您将从他们那里收到一个 debit (只针对运送的部分),如果您已经有 courier account 号码,我们推荐您这样做.如果运抵地址是公司地址,问清楚他们是否已经有了您的地址(或者电话询问FEDEX 或UPS ).

通常Fedex 或UPS 每件运送价格如下:
